The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No.38 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that this petitioner shot fire through pistol causing injury at the left thigh of the informant.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 25.03.2017. Further submission is that while on

investigation, the chargesheet has been submitted by the police but in the case diary, which is upto paragraphs-108, there is no description of the injury sustained by the informant.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dibya Prakash, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Purnea, in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No.38 of 2015.
