It has been submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedents.
It is alleged that one loaded country made pistol and two cartridges were recovered from the possession of this petitioner.
Petitioner is said to be in custody since 17.04.2017.
Keeping in view the clean antecedents of the petitioner and the period spent by him in custody, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above
