The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016, registered under Sections 363, 365, 147, 149, 341 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is of kidnapping of Deepak Kumar, grandson of the informant, by the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in

fact, due to quarrel in the family, victim Deepak Kumar left the house according to his own sweet will but with ulterior motive the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Moreover, the statement of victim, under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has been recorded, in which, he has stated about moving to his house according to his own sweet will.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Supaul, in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 30 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
