6 09-08-2017 In the order, dated 11.03.2015, it is recorded that an understanding is arrived at between the parties and they have resumed their matrimonial relationship on certain conditions. The matter was directed to be listed on 23.06.2015 on which date the parties shall inform this Court with regard to the latest position. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 30.06.2017 and a prayer was made for adjournment. Today also learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 are not in a position to inform this Court about the present status in the matter, as they submit that they have no instruction in the matter.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, no useful purpose
