The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Kinjar P.S. case No. 31 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section 419, 420 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that when the mark sheet of TET examination of petitioner was sent for verification, serial No. of mark sheet did not tally with the serial No. of the mark sheet found in the Bihar School Examination Board.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name, father’s name and marks obtained by the petitioner are correct and due to typographical error serial No has wrongly been mentioned in the mark sheet issued by the Bihar School

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Arwal in connection with Kinjar P.S. case No. 31 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
