2 07-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel representing the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 280 of 2016 (arising out of Complaint Case No. 2187 of 2016), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 413, 414, 420, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the basis of Complaint Case No. 2187 of 2016 lodged on 28.072016 this case has been registered, wherein the allegation against the petitioners is that they caught collar of the

informant and pointed out pistol and further assaulted the informant with butt of the pistol. The petitioners have got no concern with partnership of the informant and, as such, the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration.

The learned A.P.P. duly assisted by the learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer of pre-arrest bail.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, considering that co-accused Ranjan Singh has been allowed prearrest bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 22507 of 2017 and, as such, the petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 280 of 2016 (arising out of Complaint Case No. 2187 of 2016), subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
