The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Barhat P.S. Case No.57/16 registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 120(B_/34 of the I.P.C.
The allegation of the informant is that the marriage of his sister Chameli Devi was solemnized with Sahindra Das and she went to her matrimonial house where her husband and other in-laws were not liking her and her husband had illicit relationship with the wife of his elder brother. Due to that reason his sister always used to make protest. In the meantime she gave birth of a female child on account of which she was being more tortured and
