6 26-07-2017 Heard leaned counsel for the petitioner and the leaned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 81 of 2016, registered under Sections 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the S.D.J.M. Raxaul, East Champaran.
The allegation of informant Appu Kumar is that before 10 years, the marriage of his sister was performed with Abhay Singh @ Bada son of this petitioner. On 14.12.2016, informant received information about death of his sister then he went to the matrimonial house of his sister and found that the dead body of his sister was burnt after pouring kerosene oil.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and he has falsely been implicated in this case as the sister of the informant committed suicide due to quarrel with her husband and thereafter, her dead body was disposed of.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
