and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that 200-250 people having armed with Lathi and Farsa reached at the factory of the informant and caused assault to the labourers after entering in their quarters and also damaged their T.V, fan, mobile etc. worth of Rs. 50,00,000/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case.

On the other hand learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf State opposed the prayer of anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submits that C.C.TV footage of the occurrence was shown to the witnesses, who identify 20 persons, including the petitioners, but no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 373 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
