The petitioners seek bail in Kesariya P.S. Case No. 329/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 467 of the Indian Penal Code and section 37(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.

The petitioners were found in inebriated condition in a Scorpio vehicle. The Scorpio vehicle was without registration and it is alleged that the petitioners were in possession of forged papers.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation

made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners were apprehended while they were in inebriated condition and they are in custody since 08.12.2016, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 329/2016.
