The petitioner seeks bail in Ballia P.S. Case No. 291/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.
On raid the petitioner was apprehended and from his possession 77 pcs. of live cartridges of 9 mm bore were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 14.12.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for four and half months for recovery of cartridges and he has got no criminal antecedent, as mentioned in para 3 of the bail petition.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
