The petitioner seeks bail in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 21/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
From the possession of the petitioner 500 gm of Ganja and motorcycle were recovered, for that the petitioner is in jail since 15.02.2017.
It is submitted that for recovery of small quantity of Ganja maximum punishment is for six months and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about two months.
