The petitioner seeks bail in Piparahi P.S. Case No. 29/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 47A of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
About 18 litres of different brands of Indian made foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the shop of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 02.01.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two and half months and she is a lady.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sheohar in connection with Piparahi P.S. Case No. 29/2016.
