The petitioner seeks bail in Karakat P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.
The police apprehended the petitioner and from his possession one country made pistol without any cartridge was recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 29.07.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eight months.
Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Karakat P.S. Case No. 109 of 2016.
