Informant along with others, who happen to be members of Scheduled Caste, had organized a fair whereunder appellant and others armed variously came, ransacked, misbehaved with female folk, fired as a result of which there was commotion. They had further threatened that like Mithilesh Sada and Girish Sada, they will be murdered and further prestige of female folk will be outraged. They also had threatened to face dire consequences in case, criminal case is instituted. Apart from this, omnibus allegation.
Appellant happens to be under custody since 27.09.2016. Accordingly, appellant, Garju Yadav @ Jarju Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ-1st , Saharsa in bail petition no. 851/2016 arising out of Saurbazar PS Case No. 119/2015.
