The grievance of the petitioners arises out of an order of this Court dated 27th of August, 1992 whereby a direction was issued to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and to dispose of the same by a reasoned order.
The grievance of the petitioners is that for the purpose of construction of a road, the respondent-opposite parties should not obstruct the flow of water of Pachahua Nala.
We do not find that any grievance in respect of the non-disposal of the representation survives after more than twenty years.
The contempt petition is dismissed.
