The contention of the petitioner is that the private road has been forcibly used for the construction of public road under the Mukhya Mantri Samekit Sahari Vikash Yojana. The construction of the road should be stopped. From the materials on record by the petitioner and the respondents, it appears the road has been laid/constructed. It is submitted that the petitioner, in that case, would be entitled to compensation if the respondent State take step for acquisition.
