The writ application questions the engagement of the private respondent no. 9 as Anganwari Sewika of Centre No. 91, Rampatti, Gram Panchayat Rajo in the district of Darbhanga.
The Counsel for the State has drawn attention of the Court to Annexure-F wherefrom it appears the engagement on the post in question of the respondent has been challenged by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer, Darbhanga who has decided the same against the petitioner.
In my view, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The application is dismissed.
