The counsel for the petitioner is also not in a position to state as to whether the work yojana initiated in 2013-14 has been initiated or not. He, however, submits if the land of the petitioner is being, utilized without her consent then a representation thereagainst shall be filed before the concerned respondent for consideration and disposal.
The writ application is disposed of granting the said liberty.
