The counsel, who appeared to pray for another
accommodation, was permitted to argue the case but he showed
his inability to do so. The counsel for the State points out that a
wrong statement has been made in the writ petition that earlier the
petitioners have not filed writ petition. In this connection, he
draws attention of the Court to Annexure-A which is an order
passed in 1995 in CWJC No. 4799 /1994.
The writ petition is dismissed for want of
prosecution.
