It appears from the record that in the application form the petitioner has shown herself to be the member of Backward Class Home Guard category. After qualifying the written examination, she appeared in the physical test, but could not produce the Home Guard Category Certificate.
In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any merit in the present writ application. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
