7 04-05-2016 The petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to properly investigate the murder case of the husband of the petitioner lodged vide Bihar P S Case No. 06/2012 registered under Sections 302/201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the State submits that on completion of the investigation, report has been filed under Section 173, Cr.P.C. before the Magistrate and that further steps for prosecution of the case shall be taken in accordance with law.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the report has been filed but the remaining accused have not been arrested even though an application for Anticipatory Bail has been rejected on 2^nd May, 2016.

Once the report has been filed, I do not find any further directions are necessary inasmuch as per the respondents, the accused have been shown as absconders. As and when they are brought to book, further proceedings shall be taken in accordance with law. No further directions are called for in the present application.
