JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA ORAL ORDER 7 05-05-2016 The grievance of the petitioner is that on the same set of allegation, FIR bearing Special Case No. 7/2012 arising out of Bhabhua PS Case No. 533 of 2011, and FIR bearing Special Case No.61/2011 arising out of Bhabhua PS Case No. 449 of 2011 have been lodged. It is contended that two FIRs on the same set of allegations cannot be lodged. Though in the first FIR the petitioner is not specifically named but in the second FIR he has been specifically named as an accused.
