Case No. 219 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code to which Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code has been subsequently added. His application for grant of bail was rejected by the Juvenile Justice Board, Sitamarhi by an order, dated 04.03.2016, passed in J.J.B. Case No. 1400 of 2015. The petitioner’s appeal against the said order preferred before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi has also been dismissed by an order, dated 17.03.2016 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 20 of 2016. 2.
