Case No. 45 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegedly, on 28.11.2015 one thief took caught purse from the pocket of the informant containing cash of Rs. 8,000/two ATM card, driving license and other papers and then the informant and his associate Manoj Kumar Singh chased him but he fled away but on 29.11.2015 the informant caught the petitioner after chase and from his possession amount of Rs. 170/- was recovered.

occurrence on 28.11.2015 no information was given to any one and the informant himself caught the petitioner on suspicion on 29.11.2015 and after maneuvering got implicated the petitioner resulting he is suffering in custody since 30.11.2015.
Learned A.P.P. submits that petitioner has got criminal antecedent.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Ara, in connection with Rail Buxar, P.S. Case No. 45 of 2015 subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
