The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 94/2015 registered for offences punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that within 1 and ½ year period of the marriage daughter-in-law had been killed.
It is contended on behalf of petitioner that the victim was suffering from chronic lungs disease. The husband is in custody. Father-in-law has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench vide order dated 7.12.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55267 of 2015. Petitioner is mother-in-law.

case, let the petitioner, namely Anti Devi @ Anati Devi be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Obra P.S. Case No. 94/2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
