The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 150 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 338, and 304 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is only the driver of the alleged bus and cannot be held responsible for killing 35 persons and he has been incarcerating in jail custody since 20.09.2016, having no criminal antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail
application.
