The allegation against the petitioners is of recovery of 760 bottles of foreign liquor.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no allegation of recovery against the petitioners rather the said articles have been recovered from the motorcycle. The petitioners are in custody since 29.8.2016.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that co-accused Munna Pandey and Arjun Yadav have been granted bail by different Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc.No. 51183 of 2016 and Cr.Misc.No. 50082 of 2016.
