The allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 5 liters country made liquor and 14 kgs Mahuwa from his house and he is in custody since 23.9.2016.

However, the petitioner has conceded the fact that earlier to this case, one case relating to Excise Act has been instituted against him in which he has been granted bail.

Heard learned APP appearing for the State.

Considering the fact that the recovery is only five liters of country made liquor and 14 kgs Mahua and the petitioner is in custody since 23.9.2016, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees
