As the mistake appears bonafide and as such in the second paragraph and in the last paragraph of the order dated 04.04.2016 in place of Sessions Trial No. 165 of 2015, Sessions Trial No. 165 of 2013 be read. The learned counsel for the petitioner is also permitted to make correction accordingly in paragraph-1and in the prayer portion of the application. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J)
