Case No. 118 of 2016 under Sections 420, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already deposited Rs. 15,00000/- as directed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11211 of 2013 by terms of order dated 16.05.2014 and he has still ready to deposit Rs. 9,00000/- more within four months.
