In difference to the agreement, the Petitioners have paid Rs.5 lacs to the Opposite Party No.2 and produce two Bank drafts bearing Nos.231139 and 231092 to the amount of Rs.5 lacs as full and final settlement. The same is received by the Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 in token of receipt of the same and has no objection to the settlement.

In their interest, further proceedings including the order of cognizance dated 22.7.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1^st class, Patna in Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. case No.87 of 2014 is hereby set aside against all the accused persons. Also the proceeding of Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. case No.88 of 2014 pending in the court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1^st class, Patna is hereby set aside against all the accused persons.
