Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 175, 409, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner was Panchayat Secretary at the relevant time and the accusation against the petitioner is that he did not send folders regarding the appointment of Panchayat teachers in spite of several reminders sent to him.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that

petitioner joined at concerned Block in the year 2014 and the folders regarding the appointment of teachers were of the year from 2006-2012 and as a matter of fact, the aforesaid folders were never handed over to petitioner at the time of taking charge but unfortunately, the aforesaid fact could not be mentioned in charge report. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 20.07.2016 and up till now, the concerned investigating officer did not make any prayer to take police remand of the petitioner and, therefore, it is obvious from the aforesaid fact that the investigating agency does not need the detention of the petitioner in jail custody.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kuchhila P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016.
