Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have taken rupees three lacs from the informant in the name of providing job to him in the Railway. The investigation against the petitioner appears to have already been completed. The impugned order reveals that except oral statements of witnesses, there is nothing on the entire case diary to show this fact that informant had given rupees three lacs to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 175 of 2015.
