| The petitioner is the uncle of the complainant. Precisely, | |
| the allegation is that on some misrepresentation the petitioner got | |
| his name mutated in respect of the property which actually | |
| belonged to the grand father of the complainant. Further, the | |
| petitioner is alleged to have entered into the house and not only abused but also threatened to kill his uncle. Learned APP, on the other hand, opposed the prayer. |

| In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond |

satisfaction of CJM, Katihar in Katihar (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 336 of 2016 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. As soon as the charges are framed, the petitioner shall appear in person at the trial. In case he skips the appearance on two dates consecutively, his bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
