2 10-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and AC to AAG-4 for the State.

The show cause of opposite party no.2 is filed.

On perusal of the show cause it appears upon verification of the record certain amount on account of payment of wages was found due to be paid to the petitioner and as such a request for allotment of fund was made vide Annexure-3, upon receipt of the fund a sum of Rs. 64,781/- has been paid to the petitioner on 22.6.2016.

I am satisfied from the statements made in the show cause that the opposite parties have not deliberately disobeyed the order. The contempt application has no merit.

It is accordingly dismissed.
