The petitioners apprehend arrest in Revelganj Police Station (PS) Case No 75 of 2016 dated 29.04.2016 instituted under Sections 272, 273 of Indian Penal Code and Section 47A of Excise Act.

So far as petitioner No 1 Ramdeo Mahto is concerned, his prayer for anticipatory bail has already been rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.08.2016 passed in this case.

So far as petitioner No 2 Sita Devi is concerned, she is a lady and as per the allegation, it is stated that on checking the

house, there was smell of liquor but no liquor was recovered.

Be that as it may, in the event of her arrest or

surrender within five weeks from today, petitioner No 2 abovenamed shall be released on bail on her furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Revelganj PS Case No 75 of 2016 dated 29.04.2016 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
