Misc. No. 27691 of 2016 in the last paragraph Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Gopalganj has been typed. Further also in the 2nd Paragraph of the order dated 12.07.2016, Section “304”

In view of the above submission, the modification application is allowed. In the last paragraph of the order dated 12.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27691 of 2016, let the words “Additional Sessions Judge-II” be corrected to be read as “Sri Vivek Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class” and also in the 2nd Paragraph, Section “304” be read as Section “304B” .
Accordingly, the order dated 12.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27691 of 2016 is modified to the extent above.
