The accusation is recovery of one country made rifle and one cartridge from the house of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged rifle is said to be recovered from the joint house of the petitioner and his other pattidar. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in Ghoshi P.S. Case No.55 of 2016, but he is on bail. The petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2016.
