The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patna Kotwali P.S. Case No.769 of 2015 registered under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the informant Jaspreet Singh talked to his part-time Accountant, Sanjeev Agrawal, on his mobile phone that Rs.2,00,000-2,50,000/- as loan has to be paid by him and asked the solution. After few days, Sanjeev Agrawal talked him and asked that he is in contact with some persons who get the money doubled and disclosed the name of one person as Patel giving him his two mobile numbers for talk.
