Case No. 2981 of 2015. Hence, last portion of order dated 05.05.2016 is modified to the extent that petitioner no. 4 Baban Yadav is accused in Complaint Case No. 2894C of 2013, Trial No. 2981 of 2015. Accordingly, the order dated 05.05.2016 is modified to the extent indicated above.

The period of surrender is also further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
