The name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Bipin Kumar @ Teni Singh and it appears that except the confessional statement of co-accused as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against him. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused namely, Bipin Kumar @ Teni Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court by order dated 29-02-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51558 of 2015.
