2 16-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State. Petitioner, being husband of the informant, apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 420, 468, 471, 376, 386, 498-A and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has herself admitted in her complaint petition that petitioner was mentally unfit at the time of her marriage and it was her younger brother-in-law who used to sexually assault her.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-14^th , at Motihari, East Champaran, Siwan in Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
