At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct para-1 of the petition. Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in para-1 of the petition within course of the day. It is pointed out that petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Bench of this court vide order dated 09.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24179 of 2014 and was directed to surrender before the court below in connection with Kesaria P.S. Case No. 169 of 2012 within four weeks from 09.10.2014 but unfortunately, petitioner fell ill and he was under treatment from 01.10.2014 to 16.02.2016 which is evident from
