Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

There is general allegation of assault against all petitioners and it appears that, altogether, three persons sustained injuries in the present case but all injured are said to have sustained simple injuries.

Petitioners are in jail custody since long and they do not have any criminal antecedent.
