Sri Satyendra Narain Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor points out that the present petition has been filed for a peculiar relief. He submits that in this case, charge was framed on 27-11-1998, whereas, the present petition has been filed in the year 2014 for quashing of the framing of the charge. He submits that in criminal case, after framing of charge, trial commences. He further submits that it appears that petition has been filed only with a view to delay the final result of the case.
