The victim has already been recovered and her statement was recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. In her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., the victim stated that she had gone along with the petitioner by her own sweet will but, later on, she was recovered from the house by the police . The victim also admitted that she was in love with the petitioner.
