On conclusion of investigation, final form (charge sheet) was submitted under section 306 IPC. Since earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide Cr. Misc. No. 15449 of 2006, this court is

not inclined to interfere in the matter but keeping in view the fact that the victim died after seven years of marriage and charge sheet was submitted under section 306 IPC, more over it is submitted that co accused (father of the petitioner) has been put on trial and acquitted, it is a case for consideration of regular of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Sadar Mufassil P.S. Case No. 210 of 2005 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Siwan.
