The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.10.2015 in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 262 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 341, 307, 147 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is of causing fire arm injury upon the informant by some unknown miscreants.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case.
