As per the prosecution case, it is a case of murder of informant’s married sister by the accused persons due to nonfulfilment of demand of dowry.

mistake of fact. Petitioner after the death of his wife had intimated the informant regarding the death of the deceased.
On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR and he is the husband of the deceased. The dead body has not been recovered.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to release the above named petitioner on bail, the same is rejected.
Anyhow, the trial Court is directed to take all necessary steps to expedite the trial.
